Does this look good to you? :P This is what I've cooked for lunch and dinner. A simple fried beehoon or rice vermicelli with caixin, pan fried egg with onion, golden mushroom, onion, and most importantly - a can of this sinfully greasy stewed pork :P

The flavour of the beehoon depends largely on the oily sauce/gravy that comes in the can with the stewed pork. I've only added a bit of oyster sauce and light soya sauce as my pan fried egg with onion turned out to be quite salty :P

Finally I had this for my late lunch =) to reward myself for my hard work of preparing & cooking, before I continue with my unfinished business - washing & cleaning up later
